We’re currently seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our collaborative and patient-focused team. What You’ll Do As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors—breathe easier and live better. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering respiratory care in hospital, emergency, and outpatient settings. Managing life support systems including oxygen therapy, CPR, and mechanical ventilation. Providing airway management, including intubation and bronchial therapy. Conducting and interpreting pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic evaluations. Monitoring exhaled gases and performing oximetry, calorimetry, and cardiac assessments. Ensuring accuracy of monitoring systems through calibration and quality control. Evaluating patient response to treatment and adjusting care plans accordingly. Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other regulations. Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development. Supporting a clean, organized, and team-oriented work environment. Requirements What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is not only clinically skilled but also compassionate, adaptable, and ready to grow with us. Required Qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Current CPR certification Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy Preferred Skills: Strong communication—both written and verbal Ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly Problem-solving mindset with minimal supervision Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience with proprietary healthcare software (training provided)
