Job Summary We are currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing the respiratory health of our residents. You will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide top-tier respiratory care and support. Responsibilities Assess, treat, and care for residents with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and other treatments Monitor and evaluate residents’ response to respiratory therapy Maintain and operate respiratory equipment and ensure proper documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans Educate staff, residents, and families on respiratory care techniques and best practices Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Qualifications Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) in the state of Idaho Current CPR certification (BLS required; ACLS preferred) Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive and inclusive team environment Wellspring Health and Rehab of Cascadia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
