Responsibilities Set up and administer routine and advanced respiratory therapy procedures across all patient age groups. Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation. Assess, document, and monitor patient response to therapy while ensuring safety and effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital and departmental policies. Qualifications Required: Florida-licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (or eligible for licensure). At least 1 year of recent acute care RRT experience (within the last year). Preferred: CRT experience will be considered. Strong knowledge of mechanical ventilation and acute care procedures.
