What you will be doing in this role: As a Level I (non-RCP) Respiratory Therapy Technician you will performance non-patient care or very limited patient care duties such as: processing equipment inclusive of disassembly, cleaning, disinfection, pasteurization, drying, reassembly, and packaging. The Respiratory Therapy Technician does not perform patient assessments or respiratory therapy interventions, nor are they responsible for the functional integrity of assembled patient care equipment.

Responsibilities

As a Level I Respiratory Therapy Technician, the primary duties involve non-patient care tasks such as processing equipment, which includes disassembly, cleaning, disinfection, pasteurization, drying, reassembly, and packaging. This role explicitly excludes patient assessments or respiratory therapy interventions.
