That includes: Respond promptly to security incidents within designated response times Conduct regular patrols of both the interior and exterior of the data centre Record and report incidents using a Surface Book device Act as Incident Commander until a supervisor or emergency services arrive Escort visitors who require supervision within the facility Monitor CCTV and other security systems in the Security Operations Centre (SOC) Highlight and suggest improvements to the security programme Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
