DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

En tant que Chef d’équipe AQ, vous serez responsable de faire croître, structurer et guider une équipe multidisciplinaire d’assurance qualité dans un environnement industriel dynamique. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’élaboration des stratégies de test, la coordination des cycles de validation, et l’amélioration continue de la qualité de nos produits intégrés.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with robotic systems or industrial automation (hardware + software integration).
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies and tools (functional, automated, regression testing, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of software testing (C#, CI/CD, Python, shell scripts) and electromechanical systems.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Qase, TeamCity, Postman, or equivalents.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • University degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop a QA team dedicated to software, hardware, and robotic systems.
  • Define and manage validation plans for full system integration (mechanical, electrical, firmware, software).
  • Develop testing strategies and acceptance criteria for new product functionalities.
  • Supervise validations in simulated and real environments.
  • Collaborate closely with development, integration, and deployment teams to identify and resolve defects upstream.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize manual and automated test procedures, with a strong emphasis on automation.
  • Maintain and improve the test infrastructure across different sub-systems.
  • Monitor quality metrics and produce reports on trends, test coverage, and delivery readiness.
  • Participate in root cause analyses and support continuous improvement initiatives.
