NIGHT MANAGER

Four Seasons Hotel Montreal is seeking an individual who shares our passion for excellence and is committed to creating memorable experiences for both our employees and our guests. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, high integrity, attention to detail, cultural awareness, and a guest-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Ensure seamless service continuity between day and night shifts.
  • Guarantee the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property.
  • Handle unexpected situations across departments with professionalism.
  • Personally welcome VIP guests with care and attention.
  • Apply end-of-day procedures and perform system closures accurately.
  • Oversee front desk, concierge, reservations, and other guest service functions.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain an active presence in the lobby to monitor smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Review arrivals and ensure special requests and group needs are met.
  • Uphold financial and credit procedures and promote best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative, healthy work environment aligned with Four Seasons values.
