QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion des systèmes ERP (par exemple, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), avec une expertise dans les aspects techniques et fonctionnels.
  • Expertise en transformation numérique : Expérience avérée dans la conduite d’initiatives de transformation numérique, avec une solide compréhension des tendances technologiques modernes telles que l’automatisation, le cloud computing et l’analyse des données.
  • Compétences en gestion de projets : Solide expérience en gestion de projets, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, en garantissant leur livraison dans les délais et le respect du budget. La certification PMP est un atout.
  • Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise avancée du français et de l’anglais

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through digital solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional ERP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic ERP Systems Manager & Digital Transformation Specialist to oversee the management, optimization, and evolution of our ERP systems while leading key digital transformation initiatives across the organization. In this multifaceted role, you will be the go-to expert for our ERP platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and drives operational efficiency. You will also play a critical role in modernizing our business processes through innovative digital strategies and technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ERP Systems Management:
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for the ERP system, managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring system integrity and performance.
  • Oversee ERP system upgrades, maintenance, and integrations with other business applications to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Improve accuracy of data in the ERP, identifying areas that need work and ensuring the accuracy of inventory management
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and documentation to end-users, ensuring they leverage the ERP system to its full potential.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership:
  • Lead and manage digital transformation projects, focusing on optimizing and automating business processes through innovative ERP functionalities and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders across departments to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to drive digital innovation. This could be as much in production as in the administrative offices.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance overall business performance.
  • Champion the integration of digital tools to enhance data analytics, reporting, and decision-making across the organization.
  • Project Management:
  • Develop detailed project plans for digital transformation, automation or ERP initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project execution and adoption of technologies.
  • Manage change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions when implementing new systems or technology solutions.
  • Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management on the progress of digital transformation projects and ERP performance.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Continuously assess and optimize ERP functionalities, ensuring the system evolves in line with business growth and industry best practices.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and work collaboratively with teams to design and implement digital solutions that improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ERP advancements, and digital transformation practices to continuously improve systems and workflows.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance, supply chain, HR, IT, and operations teams, to ensure alignment of ERP systems with business objectives.
  • Support the business in defining KPIs and leveraging ERP data for improved performance tracking, reporting, and analytics.
