Responsibilities

The Change Lead is responsible for the development and execution of change initiatives across the organization representing the America region and supporting the global process areas highlighted below. The role involves advising and assisting leadership, project teams, and stakeholders in supporting and implementing effective change plans, ensure that the impacts of change are captured, analysed and managed effectively to maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance, aligning closely with the overall transformation objectives supporting the following areas:

  • Manage Suppliers, Materials & Services (MSMS)
  • Manage Physical Assets (MPA)
  • Move & Sell (MS)
  • Manage Plan and Report (MPR)
  • Health and Safety Environment (HSESC)
  • Extract & Proces

Reporting to the Change Manager and working in a collaborative and supportive environment, you will deliver to these key responsibilities:

  • Change strategy and design support: collaborate with the Manager Change to provide input into the change management strategy that align with organizational transformation goals and align with your region. Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to understand the effects of change on people, processes, and technology.
  • Stakeholder engagement & communication: assist in identifying and mapping key stakeholders and work with the Communications Lead to develop clear communication materials for various audiences.
  • Change delivery & implementation: provide support in executing change management plans, assist in integrating change activities into the project lifecycle.
  • Training & capacity building: collaborate with the Training Lead to ensure that training programs meet the needs of employees affected by the change.
  • Monitoring & reporting: track and report on the progress of change initiatives, using metrics and KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leaders, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Risk & resistance management: support the identification and assessment of risks related to the change, helping develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
  • Continuous improvement: contribute to refining change methodologies and tools, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from past initiatives
