About the location: À propos du poste Vous orchestrez des événements d’exception en alliant excellence opérationnelle, créativité et sens du détail pour offrir des expériences inoubliables. Véritable partenaire des clients, vous pilotez chaque projet de A à Z tout en contribuant activement au rayonnement et à la performance d’un établissement de référence dans l’hôtellerie de luxe. Vos missions Vous gérez l’ensemble du cycle de vente des événements, de la qualification des demandes jusqu’à la négociation et la contractualisation. Vous concevez des expériences sur mesure, en adéquation avec les attentes des clients tout en optimisant le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité. Vous pilotez la planification et la réalisation des événements en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des départements de l’hôtel (Banquets, Cuisine, Hébergement, Technique). Vous garantissez une exécution opérationnelle irréprochable sur le terrain, en assurant une présence active et en développant des relations durables avec les clients. Vous supervisez l’ensemble de la documentation liée aux événements (BEO, contrats, facturation, acomptes) dans le respect des standards Four Seasons. Vous appliquez des stratégies tarifaires et les principes de yield management afin d’optimiser la performance commerciale. Vous contribuez activement au développement commercial en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités et en fidélisant la clientèle. Vous analysez les indicateurs de performance (forecast, reporting, tendances du marché) afin de soutenir les décisions stratégiques. Vous apportez créativité et innovation dans la conception des événements, renforçant ainsi le positionnement de l’hôtel sur le marché du luxe. Vous accompagnez et encadrez les membres juniors de l’équipe, en favorisant une culture d’excellence et d’amélioration continue. Votre profil Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée en gestion d’événements dans l’hôtellerie de luxe ou un environnement haut de gamme. Vous démontrez un excellent sens commercial, de solides capacités de négociation et une forte orientation client. Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer simultanément plusieurs projets à forte visibilité. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils et systèmes hôteliers (la maîtrise d’Opera et de Golden Sales sont un plus). As Event Manager, you drive revenue and excellence by owning the full lifecycle of high-end events, from concept to flawless execution, while upholding the legendary Four Seasons service standards. About the role You will orchestrate exceptional events combining creativity, precision, and operational excellence to deliver truly unforgettable experiences. As a trusted partner to your clients, you will lead each project from concept to execution while contributing to the reputation and commercial success of one of the world’s leading luxury hotels. What You will do You will manage the full sales cycle of events, from inquiry qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization. You will design bespoke experiences aligned with client expectations while maximizing revenue and profitability. You will lead the planning and execution of events in close collaboration with all hotel departments (Banquets, Culinary, Rooms, Engineering). You will ensure flawless operational delivery on-site, maintaining a strong presence and building lasting client relationships. You will oversee all event documentation (BEOs, contracts, billing, deposits) with precision and compliance with Four Seasons standards. You will apply strategic pricing and yield management principles to optimize business performance. You will actively contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client loyalty. You will analyze performance metrics (forecasting, reporting, market trends) to support strategic decisions. You will bring creativity and innovation to event concepts, enhancing the hotel’s positioning in the luxury market. You will mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. What You bring You have proven experience in event management within luxury hospitality or a premium environment. You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a guest-centric mindset. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously. You communicate fluently in both French and English, written and spoken. You are proficient with hotel systems and tools (Opera and Golden Sales knowledge are a plus).
