Pour plus d’informations : 🔗 https://www.prysmiangroup.com/ 🔗 Prysmian Group sur LinkedIn Nous recherchons pour notre site de Chavanoz (38), un(e) Responsable Maintenance (H/F) , avec comme missions principales : Assurer l’amélioration continue des équipements et des machines, et superviser les inspections réglementaires. Prévenir, superviser et/ou coordonner la résolution des pannes afin d’éviter les arrêts de production ; intervenir sur les pannes complexes. Manager une équipe et optimiser l’organisation du planning. Superviser les prestataires externes et garantir le suivi contractuel, le pilotage des services et le respect des cahiers des charges. Formuler des propositions pour le plan d’investissement (estimations techniques et/ou budgétaires), piloter ou mettre en œuvre les projets associés. Réaliser les reportings (performances, interventions, plans d’amélioration, etc.). Identifier des solutions de remplacement ou des innovations adaptées aux besoins opérationnels. Vérifier la conformité des actions des prestataires (qualité, sécurité, adéquation avec les besoins exprimés). Votre profil : Expérience managériale (équipe de 5 personnes minimum) et formation technique. Expérience confirmée dans des fonctions similaires. Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, GMAO, SAP). Habitude du travail en interaction avec d’autres services (production, méthodes, logistique, QHSE), avec une forte culture sécurité. Expérience des projets d’amélioration continue (automatisation, électricité, mécanique). This role also involves managing a team, optimizing planning, and overseeing external service providers to ensure contractual compliance.
