CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS :

Notre guilde d’analyse recherche un.e Responsable Produits (Product Owner), capable de bien comprendre les requis des clients et les exprimer simplement à une équipe aux spécialités diverses.
En tant que Product Owner, tu agiras à titre de pierre angulaire sur les différents projets auxquels tu participeras. Tu travailleras de pair avec les gestionnaires de projet, un travail en synergie pour mener à bon port les projets sur lesquels tu œuvras.
Tu auras principalement un rôle d’alliés et de soutien auprès des équipes de conception (UX, UI) et de réalisation (développement, QA) des projets, ainsi qu’un rôle de rédacteur de spécifications fonctionnelles.
Tu seras la personne qui sera le gardien de l’étendue et des requis du projet. Tu devras être très à l’aise face à un client et en mesure de le guider dans ses choix.
Si tu aimes relever des défis et que tu possèdes d’excellentes aptitudes pour travailler sur plus d’un projet à la fois, si la coordination des équipes de travail te motive et que tu communiques aussi bien en français qu’en anglais, ce poste est tout désigné pour toi.

QUALIFICATIONS ET CARACTÉRISTIQUES REQUISES

• Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire ;
• Une compréhension du cycle de développement, des défis techniques et complexités associées au développement web ;
• De bonnes capacités de rédaction ;
• Un grand sens de l’organisation et de planification de ton travail ;
• Une connaissance des logiciels de la suite Atlassian (notamment Jira et Confluence), un atout important ;
• Connaissance de Shopify (un grand atout) ;
• Une excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et une connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais serait un atout ;
• Un diplôme universitaire en technologie de l’information ou autre expérience pertinente.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Our Analysis Guild is seeking a Product Owner, someone who can truly understand client requirements and clearly communicate them to a team with diverse expertise.
As a Product Owner, you will be a key player in the projects you’re involved in, working closely with Project Managers in a synergistic partnership to successfully deliver initiatives. You will primarily act as an ally and support for both the design teams (UX, UI) and the delivery teams (Development, QA), while also being responsible for drafting functional specifications.
You will serve as the guardian of the project scope and requirements, ensuring alignment throughout the process. You must feel confident when facing clients, able to guide them in making the right choices.
If you enjoy taking on challenges, excel at handling multiple projects simultaneously, are motivated by team coordination, and communicate fluently in both French and English, this position is a great fit for you.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• A strong understanding of the development lifecycle, technical challenges, and complexities involved in web development.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (especially Jira and Confluence), a significant asset.
• Knowledge of Shopify (a major asset).
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, with working proficiency in English considered an asset.
• A university degree in Information Technology or other relevant experience.

• Represent our clients’ interests with internal design and development teams.
• Validate and refine functional and application requirements with clients.
• Draft functional specifications (mainly in Confluence and JIRA).
• Develop and map out functional flows.
• Serve as the go-to person for project scope during execution.
• Manage product backlogs and document user stories following Agile/Scrum methodology in JIRA.
• Ensure that the functional requirements expressed by the client remain aligned with those documented in the requirement specifications and/or service proposal.
• Maintain a clear understanding of requirements across UX, UI, development, and QA teams.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Negotiate requirement and scope changes with the client and internal project team.
• Lead and facilitate client workshops (analysis presentations, training sessions, demos, etc.).
