Responsibilities
  • Seller Support & Escalation Handling: Provide Tier 2 advisory support for AI-related customer concerns escalated from frontline sales teams.
  • Responsible AI Guidance: Advise on solution viability, ethical risks, and compliance requirements during early-stage customer engagements.
  • Tool Enablement: Ensure sellers are aware of and can effectively use Responsible AI tools, templates, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update internal resources such as FAQs, playbooks, and assessment templates.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Responsible AI Leads, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams to resolve complex queries.
  • Training & Awareness: Support onboarding and ongoing education for sellers on Responsible AI principles and processes.
  • Deal Acceleration: Help sellers differentiate Microsoft’s AI offerings by emphasizing ethical design and compliance readiness.
