That’s why we are looking to expand our team with an experienced Responsible Gaming Manager for our Greek market. Proactive protection is vital for us. You will be responsible for monitoring gaming activity for all Greek players and to work with other key departments in developing and implementing local policies to ensure compliance with regulations.You will create and deliver training materials to educate colleagues on responsible gaming policies. You will have experience in responsible gaming in the local market and will be knowledgeable of the latest responsible gaming practices. What you'll be doing? Proactively monitor customer accounts from a Responsible Gaming perspective utilizing an award-winning AI tool Manage self-exclusions in line with local regulations Analyze players from a risk perspective Be a point of contact for local escalation from Customer Support and/or the VIP team for any questions and issues relating to Responsible Gaming Contact players in line with risk assessment results Conduct training on Responsible Gaming for colleagues Participate in relevant training events to maintain your Responsible Gaming specialism We're looking for someone who: Has as least 4-5 years work experience in responsible gaming Is fluent in Greek and English Has empathy, good listening skills and an analytical mind Has organizational and very good communication skills with attention to detail Is knowledgeable of the local regulation and compliance requirements Knows and understands Due Diligence and Responsible Gambling regulations Is collaborative but also able to work on their own initiative.
