Job Title: Responsible Individual & Operations Manager
Location: Manchester, North West
Sector: Children’s Homes
Salary: Starting at £55,000
Package: flexible and negotiable
Bounce: Based on Ofsted Rating and new provisions/homes being opened on time within budget.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU…

  • Proven experience in achieving Good ratings in Ofsted inspections.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Children’s Regulations.
  • A passion for improving the lives of young people via improving the provisions and aiding the staff under your management
  • Experience in quality assurance, auditing, and improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Therapeutic practices, with additional qualifications such as PBS, PACE, Attachment Theory, or Therapeutic Parenting
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a knack for identifying and implementing effective solutions.
  • A reflective practitioner who is empathetic, caring, and dedicated to making a positive difference.

  • Service Manager or Multi Home Registered Manager looking for the next step,
  • Regional / Operation Manager with multiple home/provisions management experience.
  • Ofsted inspector with Management experience and a Children’s Home sector-specific experience

ROLE OVERVIEW…

As the Responsible Individual for their Ofsted Homes, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation’s growth and development.
Initially overseeing 4 homes with plans to expand to 5 in Q1 of 2024, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained.
