Best Western Carlton Hotel is looking for a casual Guest Services Assistant to join our team in Blackpool and help out in busy periods! Perfect for someone who is outgoing, understands excellent customer service, is great at multi-tasking and can be flexible with shift availability.
You’ll be working in the restaurant and bar as needed, and we’ll make sure you’re trained to deliver great customer service in all areas. In return, we offer a wage of up to £12.21 per hour.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an honest, reliable team player with a year or more’s experience in a restaurant. As the role will involve some work behind the bar, we do kindly ask that only those aged 18 or above apply. We need someone who can be flexible with their shift availability, and who can do both midweek and weekends, early and late shifts.

• Serving in the bar and restaurant
• Taking food orders
• Occasional food preparation
• Delivering consistently great customer service
• Working a mix of early and late shifts, midweek and weekends
