Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all food, beverage, and hospitality operations across Café & Rooftop Cafe/Bar.
• Be actively involved in daily operations, leading by example and providing hands-on support across all service areas.
• Drive team performance through effective leadership, mentoring, and training.
• Uphold a premium standard of service and presentation aligned with TFP’s luxury brand identity.
• Manage financial performance, stock control, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee menu development, seasonal offerings, and product innovation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and WHS standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance guest experience and operational excellence.
