JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Restaurant and Bar Server to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions
• Take accurate food and drink orders and input into POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with BC liquor laws
• Handle cash, credit card, and debit transactions
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling protocols
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance guest experience
