We are looking for Restaurant and Bar Staff at Brig o Doon House Hotel. Reporting directly to restaurant management, the successful applicant(s) will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

• Providing outstanding customer service to all guests
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving meals and beverages with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Setting up and clearing down tables and service areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and bar
• Handling cash and card payments
• Assisting with stock rotation and inventory as required
• Working effectively as part of a close-knit team
