PART-TIME

We’re looking for Restaurant and Bar Team Members at the Copper Beach Restaurant at Hetland Hall Hotel. Reporting directly to the restaurant’s management team, you will be tasked with service of beverages and food to all guests whilst delivering first class customer service. Renowned for providing an exceptional customer experience regardless the purpose of a visit we are looking to expand our team due to continued growth.
As part of the service team you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn all aspects of service within the hotel. Primarily the role will be in food service in the Copper Beach Restaurant. You will be involved in seating and greeting customers, taking orders, upselling, running with food and clearing and setting tables. The role may also involve making various cocktails, coffee’s and other beverages. You may also from time to time be asked to work within the functions team.
