JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Restaurant and Cafe Manager is the leader of the team. You’ll be in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly, from the kitchen to the dining room. Your main goal is to keep customers happy and the business successful. This includes:

• Managing the Team: Hiring, training, and scheduling staff. Making sure everyone knows their job and is doing it well.
• Customer Service: Greeting guests, handling complaints, and ensuring a great dining experience for everyone.
• Daily Operations: Overseeing opening and closing procedures, managing inventory, and handling cash.
• Business Performance: Meeting sales goals, managing costs, and finding ways to improve the restaurant’s profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: You should have some experience in a restaurant or cafe, and ideally, some leadership experience.
• Skills: You need to be a good leader, a great communicator, and good at solving problems. You also need to be organized and able to handle stress.
• Knowledge: You should have a good understanding of food safety, business management, and customer service.
• Attitude: You need to be friendly, positive, and have a passion for food and people.

  Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont
