We are seeking an experienced Restaurant & Events Manager to lead our restaurant and events operations. You’ll oversee day-to-night services, manage our vibrant food and beverage experience, and deliver flawlessly executed events that captivate our guests and amplify revenue.

• Oversee all restaurant and events operations across multiple floors, ensuring impeccable service, efficiency, and ambience.
• Lead and inspire a strong frontline team, including FOH staff and event coordinators.
• Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and quality control for food, beverages, and event supplies.
• Coordinate bespoke events—brunches, themed nights, Supper Club, parties—ensuring seamless planning and execution in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
• Maintain event calendars, contracts, floor plans, and compliance with licensing and safety standards.
• Analyse food, beverage, and event performance metrics, and act on insights to maximise growth.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences, proactively responding to feedback and resolving issues.
