Description
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, guest-focused hospitality pro to take the reins as our Full-time Restaurant & Events Supervisor. In this dynamic, dual-focused role, you’ll be leading the daily operations of Jane’s Rivertown Restaurant, while also stepping into the action across our exciting events staged throughout Dreamworld and WhiteWater World. It’s fast paced, fun and no two days will be quite the same!

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE:

  • Managing daily restaurant operations from open to close, ensuring smooth operation and a well-prepared team
  • Leading front-line teams across park-based events, coordinating set up, service and pack-down
  • Overseeing rostering, stock ordering and compliance with HACCP, RSA, and WHS requirements
  • Coaching and mentoring your team, supporting recruitment, and promoting a values-led culture
  • Delivering excellent guest experiences, while monitoring service quality, safety, and event budgets
