Inventory and Operations: Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock control, manage orders, and ensure the outlet is well-maintained and organized. Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, providing personalized service, and implementing feedback. Financial Management: Manage the outlet's budget, track financial performance, control costs, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
