We are currently looking to fill the role of a Restaurant and Reception Assistant on a full-time basis at the stunning Holbeck Ghyll Estate located in Windermere, Westmorland and Furness, England.
As a Restaurant and Reception Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment and front desk services. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, taking reservations, assisting with seating arrangements, taking orders, and providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, you will also be responsible for processing payments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required as training will be provided. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively is also essential.
