We are looking for an individual who has what it takes to make our guests’ experience the best in the area. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a high level of customer awareness - recognising the needs of the guests is key. You must be able to work as part of a team, or unsupervised. You will need transport due to location. We offer a flexible rota, however weekend and evening work will be required. Please note this is a permanent position, so not suitable for students just living in the area during term time.

Serving guests with meals and drinks

Dealing with bookings both face-to-face and over the phone
Checking in and out hotel guests
Dealing with guest queries
Cash handling and stock handling
