We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team, supporting both restaurants and ensuring operational excellence, team leadership, and an outstanding guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and wine (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience managing budgets, labour, and cost control.

• Ensure an outstanding and consistent guest experience at both locations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively.
• Maintain a high-energy, service-focused floor presence.
• Operational & Financial Management
• Support the GM in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service.
• Monitor sales, labour, and COGS, driving efficiencies and profitability.
• Ensure all operational policies, health, and safety standards are met.
• Marketing & Events
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives and events to increase brand presence and revenue.
• Build relationships with local businesses, concierges, and VIP guests.
