Pinkbox Doughnuts has a fast-paced, high-volume location and we need a career-minded Assistant General Manager to directly support the GM and oversee daily operations, brand standards, team performance, and shift execution. This is a hands-on leadership role with real growth potential — the right candidate will be trained and groomed for future GM opportunities within Pinkbox. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience Requirements 2–4 years of restaurant leadership experience (assistant manager or above) Has led teams of 15+ in a fast-paced environment Experience managing labor and controllable costs Solid understanding of guest service and brand standards Not afraid to roll up sleeves — “lead from the front” mentality Skills & Leadership Qualities Supports and executes GM directives and company SOPs Gets results without being told twice Can build team morale and hold staff accountable Calm under pressure — high volume doesn’t rattle them Organized, strong communicator, leads by example CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Execution Support GM in managing daily operations Oversee opening/closing procedures and shift execution Ensure proper labor deployment and staff breaks Manage inventory, waste, and product quality Team Leadership Train and develop a 30-person team Coach employees for performance & standards Help enforce policies & positive culture Cost & KPI Awareness Assist GM in tracking labor % Monitor waste/spoilage Participate in weekly P&L reviews Brand & Guest Experience Maintain Pinkbox “Showtime Readiness” standards Lead by example: visibility, speed, hospitality Resolve guest issues professionally WHY JOIN PINKBOX?
