NOW HIRING RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests. Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden is a full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities in a casual dining restaurnat environment. Start at $60k to $65k per year, based on experience. In this AGM role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams along with assistant general manager roles and duties. Working as a member of the restaurant management team you will support the General Manager in a fast track capacity.

Responsibilities

Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain high guest service and food quality standards. Support the General Manager in minimizing operating costs and boosting employee retention.
