Restaurant Assistant Manager or Supervisor

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while helping deliver the warm, vibrant service we're known for.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll lead from the front during busy services, inspire and develop the front of house team, and help create an environment where both guests and staff feel welcomed and valued. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a rapid-paced restaurant, enjoys leading by example and loves the buzz of a full venue.

overview of accountabilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, quality and guest satisfaction.

Lead, supervise and develop the front of house team, fostering a positive, professional and collaborative workplace.

Train, mentor and motivate team members to deliver knowledgeable service and uphold company standards.

Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
