We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café and ensure a high standard of customer service, food quality and team performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
  • Lead, train and motivate café staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety requirements
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café
  • Manage opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor staff performance and provide training where required
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and customer experience

What we are looking for:

  • Previous café, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required
