Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and efficient team
Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure clarity of goals and expectations
Support inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper merchandising displays
Uphold excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle reservations, inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Experience

Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or hospitality environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
Demonstrated success in sales management and team development
Experience with merchandising, time management, and administrative responsibilities
Familiarity with retail or restaurant management systems is preferred
Previous experience in a fast-paced setting that requires exceptional organizational skills
