As we continue to evolve, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager (2IC) who shares our passion for hospitality and is ready to become an integral part of our leadership team.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional Assistant Manager role.

Working closely alongside the Restaurant Manager and Directors, you will help lead every aspect of daily operations while inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver the genuine, polished hospitality Bar Lourinhã is known for.

You will be someone who naturally leads by example, remains calm under pressure and understands that exceptional service comes from preparation, teamwork and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

- Assist in the daily management of restaurant operations

- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team during service

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build lasting relationships with our loyal clientele

- Coordinate floor service, staff sections and team communication

- Manage service flow
