Assistant Restaurant Manager | Bar Bruno

Bar Bruno is Odd Culture Group's neighbourhood Osteria on York Street, serving house-made pasta, pork cotoletta bigger than the plate, classic Italian hospitality and a wine list that leans proudly Italian. Located above Razz Room, it's part of one of Sydney's most exciting new hospitality precincts.

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.

Working alongside a second Assistant Restaurant Manager and reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll lead services, drive floor standards and take full ownership of shifts in the Venue Manager's absence. This is a genuine leadership role for someone who leads from the floor, communicates clearly and thrives in a busy, service-focused environment.

What you'll do

Lead lunch and dinner service with confidence and energy.
Coach and support the floor team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Manage shift operations including sections, service flow, opens and closes.
Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing requirements and company standards.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar to deliver seamless service.

We're looking for someone who

Has experience in a high end dining supervisory role.
Leads by example and isn't afraid to make decisions.
Brings neighbourhood charm, warmth, professionalism and high service standards.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
