  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor staff performance

  • Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving complaints professionally and efficiently.
