We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our pizza brand team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist the Restaurant Manager in leading the team to deliver consistent quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, delivery, and takeaway.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and staff performance evaluations.
• Ensure brand standards, promotional activities, and sales targets are achieved.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant (pizza or QSR experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
