WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A RED ROBIN LEADER

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind fun, high-energy operations, ensuring every shift is smooth, profitable, and full of bottomless joy. You’ll be a role model, a motivator, and the go-to problem solver for both guests and team members.

MUST-HAVES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

✅ Leadership Experience: Minimum 1+ years in restaurant management (or equivalent hospitality/retail leadership). You’ve led teams, driven results, and created an incredible guest experience.
✅ People-First Mentality: You’re a motivator, mentor, and team builder who knows how to inspire 50-100 team members to give their best every shift.
✅ Passion for Service & Hospitality: You understand that hospitality is more than just food—it’s an experience. You know how to create memorable moments for guests and an exceptional workplace culture.
