Located in the Heart of Temple Bar, The Shack Restaurant is an authentic traditional Irish restaurant with a modern twist. Established in 1993, during that time, we have had the privilege to serve almost two million guests.
The Shack Restaurant is the home of Honour and Integrity, they are not just words, but our core Ethos.
We are looking to hire an experienced Assistant Manager able to work on their own initiative, perform well under pressure in a high-demand Restaurant. A strong work ethic is essential to take on this role, as the position requires a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage staff so that they are the best versions of themselves, to provide guests with a memorable dining experience, to maximise table turnabout of the Restaurant and to love what you do. You will be required to back up the Operations Director in every way possible.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality (Hotel of Restaurant experience preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
