Restaurant General Manager

Birmingham Airport

Circa £40,000

Ref: 10214

The Company

Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing foodservice brands, recognised for its distinctive offer, strong customer proposition and commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality. Operating across a mix of corporate-owned and franchised locations, the business has experienced significant year-on-year growth and continues to expand both nationally and internationally.

With ambitious growth plans and continued investment in people, product and operational excellence, the company is establishing itself as a major player within the quick service restaurant sector.

This opportunity is based within the corporate estate at Birmingham Airport, a flagship location that represents one of the business's most visible, high-profile and commercially important sites.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with genuine momentum, ambitious plans and a strong long-term vision.

The Role

As Restaurant General Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-volume, high-footfall airport location with fast-paced, all-day trading. This is a demanding environment that requires pace, precision and confident leadership during peak trading periods.

You will hold full P&L responsibility, driving sales performance, controlling labour and food costs, and ensuring the site consistently delivers against commercial objectives. You will also be responsible for building, developing and leading a high-performing team, maintaining exceptional operational standards and delivering excellence across service, quality, speed and profitability.

As the leader of a flagship corporate site, you will play a key role in representing the business in a highly visible environment, ensuring both customers and team members experience the brand at its very best.

The Person

You will be an experienced Restaurant General Manager or Store Manager from a high-volume quick service restaurant or fast-casual environment, with a proven track record of leading large teams in fast-paced operating environments or you may be a supervisor or Team Leader looking for your first Manager role.

Commercially astute and operationally strong, you thrive under pressure and consistently deliver results. You set high standards, lead from the front and have a strong ability to train, motivate and retain talented teams. You understand how to balance people, performance and profitability without compromising on quality or customer experience.

Ambitious, resilient and hands-on in your approach, you are looking for an opportunity to lead a flagship location within a business that is experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in its future.Full job description
