• Greeting customers in a pleasant and welcoming manner, making them feel special and have a memorable experience.
• A high level of customer service.
• Ensuring customer queries and complaints are handled politely and efficiently, directing to supervisor when applicable.
• Properly cleaning and sanitizing tables and service areas to ensure the restaurant always looks immaculate.
• Washing and appropriately storing cooking utensils and other dishes
• Establishing a good standard of hygiene and following any health and safety procedures required.
• Making coffees when required
• Taking orders and counter Service, ensuring accuracy and efficiently.
• Receive and process payments
• Informing guests of menu recommendations and specials and taking their food orders.
• Serving alcoholic beverages
• Any other duties as requested by your supervisor
