REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
  • Basic kitchen experience is beneficial, along with familiarity in food preparation methods.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers warmly and taking orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
  • Assist in food preparation, adhering to food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant area, including dining spaces and kitchen facilities.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
  • Handle basic math tasks for processing payments and managing cash registers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed.
