Here at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa, we’re looking for a Restaurant Attendant to join our team.
Location: Moor Hall Hotel and Spa, Sutton Coldfield
Job Type: Casual, with contracted hours available up to 16 hours per week
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour + paid overtime
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional dining experience, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks while ensuring an excellent dining experience.
• Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate any special requests or dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Follow all food hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards.
