Job Description Perch is looking for an energetic and motivated Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, and room service operations. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you’ll bring leadership, creativity and operational strength to drive exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for providing leadership across the team to meet standards consistently. You will manage the recruitment and rostering of the team, Aswell as overseeing the Operations of the Food & Beverage department. This includes rostering, stock and inventory management, meeting performance metrics and reporting. All applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand. LCQ and Managers Certificate Degree or Diploma in Hospitality is a bonus Strong leadership skills Efficient in service procedures Creative and quick thinker Effective time management, communication and problem solving skills Flexible to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays. Customer focused & team player Detailed knowledge of Food and Beverage different type of cuisine and culinary trends.
