Job Description Manage the service of food and beverage across the restaurant, bar, café/laneway, and room service areas. Lead shift operations, manage rosters, and supervise staff throughout service periods. Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and alcohol licensing regulations. Manage, coach, and train staff across all Food & Beverage outlets. Help curate and develop the beverage menu. Act as the go‑to support for the Food & Beverage Manager. Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager to produce and implement new F&B concepts and innovations. Maintain the high standards expected by Mövenpick and Accor. Qualifications At least Three years of relevant work experience within the hospitality industry Two years experience in a supervisory role Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests Current LCQ certificate, First Aid Certified and Managers Certificate for Alcohol Licensing Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions Prior Food and Beverage experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends Exceptional grooming and articulate in communication.
