Key Responsibilities Include: Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar Managing the day-to-day profitability, presentation and operation of the restaurant and bar Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients Managing, leading and motivating staff to ensure a high preforming team culture is maintained Work closely with the Executive Chef, Hotel Manager and marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for Marque Bar and Grill Roster according to department needs Create budgets and monitor financial performance of the restaurant. Qualifications To be a success in this position, you will have: A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a similar role Possession of a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and promoting a safe and responsible drinking environment. Proven experience in managing staff, with a strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve departmental goals and maintain exceptional service standards. Expertise in generating and implementing innovative revenue-building strategies and initiatives Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including product knowledge, industry trends, and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and senior management, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with an unwavering positive attitude High level of self-motivation, confidence, and initiative, with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure Flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and other peak periods as required, demonstrating commitment to meeting the needs of the business and ensuring smooth operations.
