Restaurant/Bar Steward/ess Requirements: Experience in the same filed Experience in 4* or 5* operations (Hotel and/or cruise ships) College Degree/Diploma or relevant apprenticeship in the F&B Service industry beneficial Highly proficient in spoken and written English Strong computer skills Knowledge of HACCP Self-organized, disciplined, and reliable Team player Problem solver, troubleshooter Working under pressure and in stressful situation Smart presentation Familiar with working in a multicultural environment Outgoing toward guests Having an eye for guests’ needs Role and Responsibilities: Providing professional and courteous service on designated workstations according to the Company standards and procedures Retaining full knowledge of food and beverage menu Taking food and beverage orders via onboard system Being aware of the guest's specific needs and dietary requirements and recommending suitable alternatives Serving food and beverage items according to the Company standard and procedures Performing special duties during additional F&B events Ensuring proper set up as per Company standard What we offer: Seasonal Portuguese Contract with rotation Attractive Remuneration A competitive tip while sailing Paid holiday (pro-rata) Christmas allowance (pro-rata) Accident Insurance while onboard Accommodation is in a shared cabin Free Wi-Fi throughout the ship Professional development
