Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as Restaurant / Bar Supervisor in a formal or casual dining setting, with a strong background in Beverage Management. As a dynamic and energetic Leader / Mixologist, you will work closely with the Managing Director to deliver maximum guest satisfaction aligned with the company’s vision and values. Your role will involve in assisting in planning, organizing, directing, and motivating the team and operations. By showing genuine interest in customer needs and preferences, you will create a personalized, memorable dining experience delivered with passion and confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide hands-on supervision to restaurant service associates, ensuring their duties align with operational standards and concepts.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build, motivate, train, and develop a cohesive team.
  • Work effectively under pressure, managing competing demands and responding to challenges with agility.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately to well-equipped and resourced associates, fostering their growth while maintaining operational and safety standards.
  • Assist in planning staff rosters, job tasks, and work schedules to ensure proper coverage based on business needs.
