JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting the rest of the team. The restaurant is a key part of the business, promoting sustainability, well being and a luxury fine dining experience. REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Ability to share a passion for great food and drink.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop more junior members of the team.
• Knowledge of how to deliver great food service
• Knowledge of using a barista coffee machine
• Knowledge of how to serve alcoholic drinks

• Supervise and coordinate the restaurant team, to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Run the restaurant and bar in the Restaurant Managers absence.
• Deliver exceptional service to our customers, helping to coach junior members of the team.
• Ensure high standards and cleanliness are maintained throughout the restaurant and bar.
• Support the running of events, such as weddings and corporate site takeovers.
