Bartender Qualifications:

• You have a minimum 2 years of prior Bartending experience (in a comparable full-service restaurant environment)
• You have flexible availability & are able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays in a full-time capacity
• You are Smart Serve Certified
• You are a positive, fun-loving person with a growth mindset
• You are ‘all about’ providing Guests with an amazing experience that makes them want to return to see you
• You are a strong team player & have equally strong communication skills
• You are keen and ready to learn about our food, beverage and service standards
• You never turn your head from a standard
• You may be passionate about beer, and have a good level of beer knowledge
• You may be interested in growing your career in hospitality
• You are physically able to remain standing & active for extended periods (8+ hours)
• You are able to make a minimum 1-year commitment to our team
