ResQ is a repair and maintenance software company. We specialize in the hospitality and restaurant space and are seeking highly motivated, hungry (pun intended) brand ambassadors to support our local operations. This contract-based role includes the opportunity to travel.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• ResQ is seeking a detail-oriented individual to “tag” (ie: inventory) restaurant equipment for our new and established client base.
• Use the ResQ app to ensure all functional equipment in a client’s kitchen is documented and accounted for. This includes capturing Serial and Model numbers, photos and brief descriptions (names).
• We hope you’re excited by the prospect of training local general managers and operators and meticulously documenting all equipment in a restaurant facility, explicitly focusing on back-of-house equipment.
• You’ll have the opportunity to partner with the Head of Operations, Sales, and Onboarding to grow the Brand Ambassador network through in-person meetings, sharing learnings, and regular feedback loops.

THIS ROLE WILL BE A GREAT FIT IT:

• You’re BOH savvy and understand what being in a fast-paced, often chaotic environment means (behind, chef…).
• Your attention to detail is ON POINT, and you know what it means to get it right the first time.
• You have deep knowledge of restaurant equipment and BOH processes.
• You’re comfortable engaging with different personas and are willing to train and interact with general managers and chefs to explain the ResQ app and best practices.
• You value providing feedback as much as you’re open to receiving it. ResQ continues to grow and evolve its processes because you care.
• You’re team-first, but can thrive in an autonomous role where you’ll need a high level of self-awareness and accountability.
